ENERGOPROJEKT started a new residential complex in New Belgrade – Bežanijska Kosa, at the corner Kolumbova and Magelanova streets.
Complex will be built with different structures apartments in buildings with: ground floor, one floor and top floor. In the basement floor there will be garage spaces in direct connection with the above ground floors.
Low-rise residential complex, (GF + 1 + setback floor) is located in a secluded, quiet part of Bežanijska kosa, within walking distance of all amenities of a pleasant and comfortable modern life: schools, kindergartens, shops, markets, banks, post offices, churches. A 168 apartments of different structures (one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom) have been designed in the complex. Car parking is provided in a well-equipped, underground garage that is directly connected to the apartments by stairs and elevators.
