PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF JUDICIAL BUILDING IN KRUSEVAC WAS AWARDED TO THE COMPANY IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE
JSC Energoprojekt Urbanizam i arhitektura as the project holder, together with the members of the group of bidders JSC Energoprojekt Entel and Elektroprojekt LLC from Subotica, was awarded in an open public procurement procedure, the project of preparation of technical documentation for construction of the judicial building in Krusevac. The contract for preparation of technical documentation was signed with the Client, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia in November 2021, and includes preparation of Concept Design for preparation of Urban Design and obtainment of location conditions, preparation of Design Development Phase and Construction Documentation.
The planned users of prospective building are all judicial bodies of the city of Krusevac, namely: Higher Court, Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office, Magistrates’ Court, Magistrates’ Public Prosecutor’s Office, Misdemeanour Court, Commercial Court in Kraljevo, Court Unit in Krusevac and City Attorney’s Office.
Technical documentation should spatially, functionally, technically and technologically define the
facilities for the prospective users of the building, as per the modern conditions and work standards, aimed at construction of a modern, functional building that would meet the needs of the users both in terms of functionality and safety.
Design Brief defines the building which consists of two spatial and organizational units with separate entrances, connected with a covered passage, a heated corridor from the ground floor. One part of the building would accommodate prosecutor’s offices, i.e. Magistrates’ Public Prosecutor’s Office and Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office, as well as City Attorney General. The second part of the building would accommodate courts: Magistrates’ Court, Higher Court, Misdemeanour Court and Commercial Court of Kraljevo – unit in Krusevac.
Our designers are facing the challenge of designing optimal functional spatial organization based on the intended uses of each section, taking care of the circulation of users and clients within the building, security, efficiency and mode of operation, finishes and suitable level of aesthetics, as per the planned multi-functional use of space.
