INFRASTRUCTURE FURNISHING FOR ELIXIR PRAHOVO COMPLEX IN PRAHOVO
For the second year in a row, JSC Energoprojekt Hidroinzenjering successfully cooperates with Elixir Prahovo Industrija hemijskih proizvoda LLC within Elixir Group.
Elixir Group LLC recognised that the existing plants and infrastructure of industrial complex in Prahovo constitute a basis for development of a modern industrial and chemical park on this location, the first of its kind in Serbia, which will contribute to sustainable regional development of the Municipality and Eastern Serbia.
The concept of development of business and production activities within the industrial complex, is basedon the need to ensure reconstruction, extension and modernisation of the existing capacities and to provide new areas for development of commercial and production activities, for the purpose of creating spatial prerequisites for faster development, bearing in mind the favourable position of Prahovo and contacts with inland navigation, railway and road traffic.
The objective of this project is preparation of design documentation with issuing of location conditions and building permits. From the technical point of view, designed solutions and equipment used on this Project have been chosen to suit the structures they are intended for, with observing of current legal regulations and standards relevant for these structures.
It should be pointed out that the Project includes the following infrastructure:
1. Hydrotechnical:
– Process and hydrant water;
– Process waste water;
– Storm sewer;
– Domestic, drinking water;
– Grey water with treatment plant;
2. Traffic infrastructure:
– Roads
– Pavements
– Parking lots for passenger and freight vehicles
Apart from the above mentioned, the preparation of necessary reports and studies is in progress, as required by the law for this field.
Sustainable development, rational use of natural resources, investment in advanced technological solutions for the purpose of environmental protection, as well as the responsibility towards the future generations, are the common denominator on this Project for Elixir Prahovo within Elixir Group and for JSC Energoprojekt Hidroinzenjering.
