60 sycamores – Energoprojekt`s gift to the city of Belgrade and people of Belgrade on the occasion of its jubilee, 60 years of successful operations.

Energoprojekt, as one of the leading Serbian companies, which has always taken care of the broader social community in which it operates, from operation method to active participation in various humanitarian actions, last June joined the action „A gift for the Boulevard - proof that we love Belgrade". To our Belgrade, the city where we were founded, in which we build and from which we carry out all our operations around the world, we gave a gift of 60 sycamores. We believe that the sixty sycamores shall make our city`s and its citizens` lives better and improve their quality of life and that simultaneously this shall be a symbolic reminder of the sixty decades of successful operations of Energoprojekt at home and around the world.

Donation for the activities of the organization "maliVeliki ljudi" (smallBigpeople) from Belgrade

In 2006, and on the occasion of the fifty years of existence of "Energoprojekt", the company, instead of holding of a ceremonial academy, donated an amount of four million RSD (EUR 50,000) for children with special needs. The plan was to fund with this amount several activities of the humanitarian organization "mali Veliki ljudi" (smallBigpeople) from Belgrade. One of them was held on July 4, 2007, at the "Ušće" (confluence), near the "Yugoslavia" hotel, under the name "Small big games without limits for special-need children", where "Energoprojekt" was the main host of the games.

Donations for institutions of social-humanitarian character
The company has in the previous period supported work of numerous institutions and organizations of the social-humanitarian character, such as the Association of war army invalids, Center for accommodation of impaired children, UNICEF program "School without violence", Humanitarian organization «Our Serbia», Center for accommodation and daily stay of autistic children, etc.

Donations for health institutions
Energoprojekt has previously helped the Clinical Center of Serbia (within the framework of reconstruction projects for certain sections of the Clinical Center, partly for money and partly in the form of donations). Significant amounts of donations were given to institutions of the Clinical-Hospital Center „Bežanijska Kosa" and the First Surgery Clinic in Belgrade. As needed, certain solidarity aid is given to health institutions within the framework of treating of very ill employees of "Energoprojekt" or members of their family.

Support to professional associations
The company cooperates and supports work of certain professional associations and organizations, such as SIGRA - European Association of Electrical Engineers, ICOLD – International Commission of Large Dams, Chamber of Engineers, etc.

Donation for Hilandar
In May 2006, "Energoprojekt" realized cooperation with the Hilandar monastery, i.e., their representative office in Belgrade. The company organized a business trip to Hilandar for the purpose of making photos of the monastery complex, after which sale exhibitions were organized in Belgrade, with over 60 exhibited (2,000 made) photos, where all revenue from sold photos went for reconstruction of the monastery which was damaged in fire. Upon return, three sale exhibitions were organized with more than 100 sold large-format photos. All framed photos were after exhibitions presented to the monastery`s endowment in Belgrade.

Publications
The company has previously sponsored making of the monograph „On Nemanjić family and Serbian sanctuaries in Kosovo", as well as publishing of the book „Illustrated history of radio therapy“.

Cooperation with the Serbian and Russian orthodox Church
The company supports work of the Serbian Orthodox Church in general, as well as the Russian Orthodox Church in Belgrade. In this sense, through the said institutions, certain special-purpose donations were given for helping those in need in Kosovo and Metohia and the Association of war army invalids.

Sponsorship to sports associations and teams
Energoprojekt sponsors certain sports associations and teams, too, such as the Water polo Association of Serbia (organization of the FINA COUP), Basketball Association of Serbia (organization of the European Basketball Championship), Kayak Association of Serbia, Practical Shooting Club, certain basketball teams, etc.

Sponsorship of culture and arts
In 2005, Energoprojekt was the sponsor of the National Theatre in Belgrade. The company has previously sponsored holding of the Jazz festival in Valjevo as well.

Scholarship to students of deficient professions
"Energoprojekt" does not have permanent support programs for science and education, but sponsorships are made on a case-to-case basis. Generally, students and pupils are sponsored of deficient professions, such as bricklayers, carpenters, bar fixers, plumbers, electricians, construction engineers, architectural engineers, etc.
